UCONN-SECURE

UCONN-SECURE is a secure wireless service faculty, staff, and students may use while at any UConn campus. University issued devices are configured for UConn wireless service. If your device is not configured for UConn wireless service you will need to set up WPA2-Encryption and accept a certificate. Instructions by operating system are provided below.

Don’t have a NetID? You can use the UCONN-GUEST network.

Have a NetID but your device cannot support WPA2-Enterprise?

SSL Certificate Information

Authentication to the UCONN-SECURE wireless network is secured utilizing SSL certificates.  These certificates are replaced when they expire and require renewal to authenticate.  Beginning January 16th 2014, you may receive a prompt to accept a new certificate when you first access UCONN-SECURE. Please note that may be necessary to manually select UCONN-SECURE to connect.
